You are very right. I worked at the county jail several years ago (temporary clerical position that dealt with prisoners). I was none to happy when I learned that lots of time and money is used to track the offenders. Of the known Sex Offenders in Benton County, WA; most were unregistered (1/2 to 2/3). Scary!

I agree about the flawed judicial system. Look at MJ OK, it's early but I had to really think about that before I got what you were talking about. To me and probably many others there's only one MJ and that's Michael Jordon, not Weirdo Jackson.
