Listening to pop music while stuck in prison wouldn't be all that bad.
Now, having to listen to the Barney theme song 24/7 would drive me insane.

We use humane techniques. I wouldn't wish Barney songs on my worst enemy.
Helen Reddy would send me over the edge....
"Now, having to listen to the Barney theme song 24/7 would drive me insane."
Oh yeah? Well, I'll raise you:
It's a world of laughter
A world of tears
It's a world of hopes
And a world of fears
There's so much that we share
That it's time we're aware
It's a small world after all
...
(I'm cutting it off here lest I be dragged off to The Hague)
I wonder what the media would call it if these"detainees"were fed a steady diet of Sesame Street?
"....Listening to pop music while stuck in prison wouldn't be all that bad...."
I disagree. Being forced to listen to Whitney Houston or Celine Dion would be among the most ghastly and intolerable tortures I could imagine.
Me, too, but that would apply to anything. I'm a guitarist, but 24/7 even of Chet Atkins or Les Paul would start to get on my nerves after a while :)
