Pitts only brought up ONE subject that has anything to do with the Patriot ACT---and that is the Library problem...
When he was asked by one of the Reps if he could even name ONE person that had been unfairly treated by the FBI because of their library habits, he couldn't---
That was the only time a subject re: the Patriot Act was even discussed...
It was a dem attack on out troops yet again....
The library incident that I am aware of happened right here in Whatcom County, WA. Someone made notes in a book, an Al Qaeda handbook, and it was reported to the FBI. The librarian refused to release the information about who had previously checked out the book.
