In my estimation the FTAA or American Union is already a done deal, they're just bringing this up for public consumption to signal this is going to be jammed down our throats at all costs. Our job now is to make sure they go through literal hell trying to make their dream of destroying this country a reality.

South American media is reporting the FTAA as dead or dying, but CAFTA will breathe new life into it if it is passed.
CAFTA must be stopped, and we have a lot of work to do to get our federal government to stop operating in Mexico. I don't believe Canada is too keen on the union either, but its going to take a PR campaign here and there to educate people and gather support for national sovereignty.
