A baby this age can't even hold its head up strongly. This is so sick it's beyond comprehension.

When my son was born and was so tiny and fragile I was almost afraid to hold him. I was always so concerned about protecting that lil' noggin of his.
That some individual would even think of *I can't think of a word that would do this justice* to an infant makes me fear for this world.
