If you knowingly, habitually commit sin...you have no business calling yourself a Christian.

That covers just about every Christian I have ever met.

Christians sin. Enough to humble our pride on a regular basis, if we are honest.

I think one should perhaps consider getting the log out of their own eyes before we try to pick out the flaws in marey carey's makeup...

These same folks damned arnold for his immoral lifestyle, when he ran for governator. < yawn >

I dont know what kinda churches youve been hanging out in, but that hasnt been my experience at all.

1 John talks about those the "KEEP his commandments"

Keep is defined as:

to maintain a course, direction, or progress.

It's like being in a boat...sailing to your destination. John says that we are all sinners...we will sometimes stray, but Christians will KEEP or steer towards God because they will be convicted by the Holy one to do so. Eventually that sin will go away...and then you can work on the next one.
