I was bone thin until I turned 48 and after that I just don't know what happened. :-(

Your rocket blasted off at age 48. Some people have it when they are in mid-20's, while others have it in 30's.

So do you still work out after your "lift-off" ?

LOL, I work all the time. I work 10 1/2 hours a day at work and when I'm not there I work at home. We have 43 acres and I'm always outside mowing, chopping, digging, etc. For the past few weeks I've been clearing out Locust trees and over grown Forsythia. I handle an axe like a champ. I think it's the 10 1/2 hours at work that has done it. We used to work 8 and they make us work more now. I've gained most of the extra weight in the two years since we changed our hours. My job there isn't extremely physical. That leaves less time for outside stuff around here.
