Hi Jim, some have argued that the National Guard to be the militia, that is, thats what the gun grabbers argue.

By equating the NG or other military force as militia we would only be bolstering the anti-2nd amendment crowd.

The second amendment refers to militia meaning all able body adult males (at least at the time it was written) Militia refers to what is now the national guard.
