I guess you didn't read the other AIDS thread today.
The African epidemic is aided and abetted by the insistence on devoting all efforts to prevention of the sexual transmission of the disease. It appears that the main means of transmission in Africa is contaminated medical equipment (esp. shared home injection kits). Hetrosexual AIDS is primarily non-sexually transmitted and either iatrogenic or connected to IV drug use. (Epidemiological studies of prostitute deaths show in the West AIDS deaths among prostitutes are essentially confined to IV drug users.)
Again-these are facts that were known years ago.
I lost a Godson to AIDS in 1985,contracted from a blood transfusion.
I'm well aware,as are most people,that it is not just a homosexual disease.
sometimes, I think that the elitist of this world really do want most Africans to die, either by this "epidemic" or by some other disease or by war and famine....
