We've all known for almost twenty years how to stop the spread of AIDS.
What the hell is wrong with these people?
AIDS is mostly propaganda, but when people die, it is tuberculosis. This is a disease that we could easily beat, but it would not make any money for the pharmaceutical industry; the most effective medication for TB is a natural herb called Cat Claw (or pima de gato in Peru where it is a common weed).
Yo Kofi, eliminate all those offshore bank accounts that you and your son have accumulated during the oil for food program. Then there'll be enough money for fighting AIDS. Besides, there are several Wall Street research companies trying to develop an antidote for AIDS.
Nope. The attempt by the criminals at the U. N. to divert attention away from the Oil-For-Food scam will not work. How long will Americans allow these Third World crooks to steal in every way they can?
It's time for the U. S. to leave the U. N. and the for the U. N. to leave America.
They want 10 years just to slow it down? I think their heart's not in it.
( /sarcasm )

I've got an idea. All the people that care about this can contribute their own money to the UN's battle against HIV/AIDS.
In the meantime, I will allocate my own resources - whether it be time or money, to organizations I consider far more worthy. Somehow, I've the feeling that the incidents of HIV/AIDS amongst the populace/membership of the groups and organizations I support is low to nonexistant.
Longbow
The UN is a massive collection of morons.
Once the blood supply was controlled, I won my war against AIDS:
I did not become a pervert or a drug user.
Pretty simple actually.
Here's an idea.....Stop screwing everything and anything that moves. I say not another dime. I don't recall anyone ever handing me a fistfull of dollars and saying, here, this prevents AIDS.
Official publications from UN about don't want to mention Uganda, except as a "remarkable success story of government programs. Hogwash.
When AIDS swept through the country, the people cried out to God, and once again He moved.
Today, Uganda is one of the only African nations that has seen a decline in HIV infections, and the nation is experiencing spiritual and community transformation in political circles, the marketplace and the church...
Many of Uganda's politicians are acknowledging God in political affairs as they seek Him for wisdom. Prayer has been initiated in state-government offices, and some judges pray before they convene for court, Senyonga said. In a historical move, the nation's president, Yoweri Museveni, issued a proclamation in 2000 declaring that God is the God of Uganda. Quote: Pastor Jackson Senyonga.
nice touch, Kofi......try to pull attention away from your criminal neglect of the oil for food program by bringing up the old reliable "Aids" epidemic....always good for a few headlines and a few more billions to be thrown around.....
Key words right there. Everytime government screws up, they use it as an excuse for more money AND an increase in their power. And beyond just screwing up its in their interest to inflate how much of a problem things really are.
