Next time there's a war in Europe, the loser has to keep France and the euro!

Are there strong ones? Germany is having to cut back socalist committment already.

I also wonder what the existence of the Euro has done to government debt in European countries? If France for example can not print money to pay off its debt, is it then riskier? I guess the inflation risk is less, but the sovereignty risk is great?
