Because Israel is led by self-loathing cannibals who are permitting its eviceration instead of fighting tooth and nail against the Muslim enemy. It is disgusting what is happening with Gaza and now releasing would-be Jew-killers to try again. Pure insanity.
There are plenty of reasons that there will be a Jewish state in 50 years. The demographics of the religious Jewish population being one of them. What you are witnessing is akin to the same sort of melt down that the left is experiencing here. The current givernement in Israel knows that change is coming and they are frantic.
