Somehow I don't think the "United States of Europe" would be as concerned about its member states than the USA has...

Especially when you go back to the ramp up to this war in Iraq....France and Russia and Germany have WAY too many financial and otherwise, ties to the old Saddam regime, and the OFF Scandal is probably just a part of it...I am sure that weaponry his also involved...

Snugs, this MAY be a way, if it passes, that the EU will help your country "stay closed to their enemies", and that may be, other than trade, the only reason to accept it..

Thankfully Russia are not in the EU think of that financial burden but we do have countries such as Estonia that are which as much as one wants to help them at what cost to our economy do we?
