I rejoice as much as anyone with the ending of the cold war and more freedom for the Eastern Europeans but I do have this nagging feeling that we know less about how many and where the nuclear weapons are now than we did before.
Also are they as well looked after as they were during the Cold War what with all Russian's problem can they afford to maintain them safely.
