David Kendall using a ludicrous claim regarding her First Amendment rights while running for office. She doesn't think she can be held liable for business fraud and extortion. They have made appeal after appeal, all of which have been thrown out by the California Supreme Court. This is her last shot. Let discovery begin!

It's scary to realize that in 2008,
and in 2006 for the Senate Race,
she will quite possibly slide into Victory.
