NOTE: This is the 16th episode in a series of stories regarding the events surrounding Hillary Clinton’s 2000 Hollywood fundraiser, and the business relationship of entrepreneur Peter Paul, the impeached William Jefferson Clinton, and Hillary Rodham Clinton, perpetrator of the largest campaign finance fraud in the history of Western civilization.
After the travesty of justice in L.A. Federal District Court yesterday, we needed something really fun today. Why not a song?
Hillary lovers think it is all over. No, it is not all over. The civil suit will be here soon. She will be under oath. Others will be under oath. Finally, the evidence will be revealed for all to see.
This time, a Clinton-appointed judge will not tell his courtroom that it has nothing to do with Hillary. This time, no holding back of evidence. This time, Hillary Rodham Clinton will have to face the music. And, this time, no Michael Jackson molestation trial sucking out all the oxygen of the news of the day.
Hillary is making her final appeal to stop the case. In a unique First Amendment claim, David Kendall argues that, as a candidate, she is exempt from business fraud and extortion. The law can't apply to Hillary. Doesn't everyone know she is above the law?

May 27, 2005 — Former Clinton campaign finance director David Rosen was acquitted today on the two remaining felony charges against him. Clinton supporters will of course spin this as an exoneration of the entire campaign, but it seems more likely that the jury decided that it wasn't Rosen's responsibility to see that accurate reports were filed to the FEC. That's true enough: the false FEC reports were filed by Clinton campaign treasurer Andrew Grossman.
Overall, the trial served to confirm a number of points we have been making -- that the costs of the Hollywood Gala greatly exceeded the amount represented to the FEC by the Clinton campign, that Peter Paul paid for those expenses rather than Stan Lee Media, as the campaign had claimed, and so on. We'll post more on what we've learned from the testimony in the Rosen trial shortly, but it clearly raises new questions about Hillary Clinton's involvement, and also strengthens the claims made by Peter Paul in his ongoing civil suit against the Clintons, Paul v. William Jefferson Clinton, Hillary Rodham Clinton, et al.. That suit is now the only remaining opportunity to put Hillary Clinton under oath, and get to the bottom of what remains the largest campaign fraud in American history.

David Kendall is making is final pathetic effort to get the case dismissed against her. If it fails, as expected, she is going to have to testify. They will plays games to avoid it, but eventually, it is going to happen.
David Kendall is also a graduate of my alma mater Wabash College for Men founded 1832 by six Presbyterian ministers kneeling in the snow to ask God for guidance.
Odd that he would attach himself to the coattails of traitor-rapist-42 who had interns kneeling in the Oval Office.
