I agree with you; IMHO in political terms anything that is being touted by the MSM and Harry Reid (he looked like the cat that at the canary yesterday) can not be any big deal. What have the Republicans given up? They can still use the nuclear option. What have the dems given up? The filibuster on just about any Judge the President sends up.
