Frank DeFilippo says that O'Malley is trying to set himself up as the victim to inoculate himself from any of his real scandals. If he pulls this off, anything Gov. Ehrlich says against him during the expected election campaign will be dismissed as "dirty tricks." Frank is a Yellow Dog Democrat but nobody knows more about Maryland politics than he does.
