Since when has the President had to "consult" with anyone before he submits a nomination to any office? There is no precedent for consulting with the opposition Party.
I just read the link that has what I thought was the full deal and didn't see that language in there. Are you sure that's what they signed onto? If they did, it's even worse than I thought.
