Because, being from Toledo (armpit of the known universe), I know (as should you) that all Repubs that get to state level ARE RHINOS. The only conservatives left in this state are in the rural areas. The ones who reach state level always come from the Three C's-Cleveland, Columbus, & Cincinatti. Never going to change, either, because that's where the population & control are.
