I get it just fine, thanks for asking.

I would have preferred to have had a vote tomorrow and won it too. But that didn't happen. One hopes for more than people running around screaming about the sky falling.

The Constitutional Option is still there as much as it always was. But it won't be invoked unless the Dems filibuster. If they do, then a vote can be called and the 7 can decide if they want to accept the Dems argument that it is "an extreme case". Not much has changed. If two of them disagree, then the CO passes, same as it would if the vote were tomorrow.
