I spent several years at Calvin and the professors that signed this are a diverse group. Some signed agreeing with only a portion of the letter and some with the whole thing. It comes off as more of a Commie rant than some intended. The Christian Reformed Church is starting to buzz about this (since we own the college) and someone will be held accountable for cloaking their agenda in the name of the college.

A raving socialist who believes in haysoos is still a christian, I'd think. Love and acceptance was the message of his life before he was nailed to the cross.
