That's right, but I still have personal integrity and a work ethic. How do you get rid of deadbeats in your workforce if there is no way to prove they are deadbeats? If they do end up infecting the rest of your people with a bad attitude, what do you do?

I don't need to prove that they are deadbeats. I simply need to focus on promoting, rewarding, and recruiting winners. I am not going to needlessly impose something like this on 90% of my workforce, simply to identify what is already painfully obvious to everyone. The deadbeats can do as they please; they will never see a raise, promotion, or bonus until their performance improves; and, if they drop low enough they will be fired for cause. Chasing deadbeats is usually a complete waste of time.
