CNN reporting the grenade landed approximately 100 feet from the stage, hitting someone in the back of the head.

I'd pick it up so that everyone could see it and say "Excuse me, could whoever is throwing grenades please wrap them in safety foam first?".

You can never be to careful, since there might be kids about and bruises are unsightly.
