FBI files is an answer to a rhetorical general question. Those who are able to extrapolate past events can plainly see that the method of gathering dirt on an opponent and threatening him with it is a consistant practice used by friends of Clinton.
Why one needs to write an essay on FR to show that the Clintons use "incentives" for cooperation is beyond me.
