"Permanent record" dates back a couple of decades when I was in school. They have now updated it to Disciplinary Action Sheet and added the appropriate TLA (DAS). It's referred to for college admissions, and while not supposedly public record, it is in a COMPUTER!

If we ever sink as low as Scandinavia or Canada regarding "hate speech," he potentially could be rounded up and shipped off to a PC re-education camp.

Paula Pilecki, executive director of San Anselmo's Spectrum, a lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender advocacy group, said she was surprised that police released a statement about the girl's admission.

Oh yeah? I hope they react by pointing, laughing, and giving her so much ridicule that she never wants to be recognised in a crowd again! Accompanied by whatever damage to her property she was blaming on someone else, of course. And yeah, what about that "hate crime" sh*t? She should be punished as an actual perpetrator would be. I disagree entirely with the concept of those laws, but if we're gonna have 'em, HAVE 'em, fer Pete's sake.
