That is not what he used however, he has his own system that does the same thing where every click, as he says, sends out a new IP from the last.

As far as people being anonomous on the net, there are lots of ways to do that.
All one needs is a proxy server, and there are lots of those all around the world. there is a Russian site which provides a daily list of them. using a proxy program, the user just types in the ip adress of several of them, and every post gets a random proxy ip number, rather than your own.
But, there is a way to find this guy. his email which he registers with will have his correct ip# in the header. most email servers will NOT let you make an account with a proxy server.
I don't know if FR keeps that origional email registration stored, but that is where I would look to find his IP#
