That might work with rotten.com and a few other sites. The problem is that images like those often get posted all over the 'net, and may well exist on hundreds of servers, if not more.

I'm on a few other forums, mostly technical ones. They use a system that tracks how long a poster has been online and how many posts that poster has made, assigning additional privileges as the poster is on the forum longer. New posters get few privileges, and are not allowed to post images. Once they prove themselves as assets, privileges increase.

Perhaps it's time to implement some such hierarchy here on FR. Sad.

I agree with you. I think the posting priveleges system is a great idea. Blocking images from certain locations is fine, but would not necessarily weed out posters as the scumbag here today.

No need. just implementing the delete option in pings, ignore option in threads, and a nuke option for JR 1 and 2 and the mods and we'll be a-ok.

Oh yeah, also sending this Clintonhole straight to jail would be another good step.
