No. Dope. It can cause some hepatic necrosis when used in doses higher than recommended orin folks with pre-existing liver disease.

But not hepatitis - that is mostly caused by an infectious agent.

And tell me oh wise one - what would folks take instead of acetominophen for mild to mod pain?

So many totalitarians want to run other peoples lives. Why don't you stick to making decisions for yorself and allow all the rest to do so as well.
