Infantryman's wife saw the photo and knew

On a day of carnage, it was an intimate image: a soldier clutching a child in his arms.

When Amy Bieger, mother of three boys, wife of an infantryman in Iraq, saw the picture on the Internet on Tuesday night, she stared at the little feet dangling in the nook of the man's arm, at the soldier's helmeted head pressed to the child's face. She stared and tears welled up.

"I said 'Oh my God, it is one of our soldiers,'" Bieger, 34, said yesterday from her home outside the Fort Lewis, Wash., Army post. "Then I stared at the [name] patch. I made out the rank and then the last four letters of the name and I knew it was my husband."

This is what MSM and these lunatic anti war lefties completely ignore. Iraq is the battleground of Islamic fundamentalism, the "scripture" these sick sadistic animals follow justifies this brutality and murder of inoccents. They don't care how many they kill, muslim or not. If they are "good muslims" (Good being those who support the fundamentalists) who get killed in the crossfire, they died for "Allah's cause". Allah being a black rock in Mecca in the now famous pile of old Arab rock gods. If they were "bad Muslims", those fighting or supporting those fighting for their freedom, then they are also justified in killing them, because they were not really muslims, but apostates. Killing is the main theme of Islam, the whole cult revolves around killing.

I'll never understand Islam,

Part of it is that it isn't Islam at all. The religion has been highjacked by the extremists in most cases. UBL, Zarquawwi, et. al. are using it as a propeganda machine. In most cases.

Read Atomic Iran by Dr. Corsi for a real in depth look at the mind of the Ayatollahs running Iran and some of the quotes attributed to them. It's a sham and Islam is being used as thread to rally the poorest of the poor to rise to tyrannical levels (suicide bombers) all in the name of their "loving God?" juxtaposed with a hate (or ire) for the US (read Christianity) and the material wealths.

Truthfully, I'll never understand Islam either. I am starting to see that it really isn't about Islam for the most part. Just as we Christians don't associate with the Supremacists or acknowledge their actions as in our interest, so is the hard right (left?) Islamofacists.
