I think we should put the blame where it really belongs. Micheal Shiavo. If that POS didn't want his wife, he should have given control to the parents. There is really no one else to blame, he had the "ace" up his sleeve by staying married to her, he could have just walked away.

Yes, but MS couldn't have finished killing her, without Judge Greer and the rest of the judiciary going along with it.

The law is supposed to be there to protect the innocent and those unable to protect themselves, instead of helping the murderers commit their crime "legally".

Also note, that Judge Greer didn't just "allow" MS to pull the tube, he specificaly ordered, then reemphasized that Terri be given NO food or water by any means.

Michael Schiavo could not have accomplished what he did without the express assistance of Judge Greer. With an independent judge hearing the petition to have him removed as Terri's guardian, the ruling would have been different and Terri most likely would still be alive. Greer was wrong (legally and morally) to not remove Michael when he was living with another woman and producing children with her.
