Because having Bush in attendance would be too much for an Islamofascist to resist.
It is their goal to ignite a global holy war, to provoke a massive attack against Muslims by the West and use that to gain support from the Muslim world. Something like this could certainly do it, so we have to assume this is an A-1 priority for them like nothing else.
