I've been trying to find out Pennsylvania law regarding the handling of human remains.
The only thing I have figured out so far is that if MS does indeed plan to inter her ashes in any cemetary in the state it would be in public records.
They might have to check every cemetary as I don't know if there is one central agency.

Sadly, as the spouse, he has the right to do whatever he wants with the body within confines of the law.
They (courts) should have removed him as guardian years ago due to conflict of interest when he began his adulterous affair. Chalk this up to lousy attorneys on the Schindlers side.

They might have to check every cemetary as I don't know if there is one central agency MS has said Terri will be buried near his deceased family members
One could find that information through church records
However, with that said .. it doesn't mean for sure that MS would honor his word .. he could still have her buried in a different cemetery

I heard on one of the news programs that it's going to be in Bucks County.
