Bobby Schindler did say on FOX that just before Terri collapsed, she told him that she wanted a divorce from Michael and the marriage was not going well.
Also the word HOMICIDE was written on the police report the night Terri collapsed. I suppose the Schindlers didn't want to believe it and thus didn't pursue the possibility at the time.
Brian Schiavo on Florida radio threatened Bobby Schindler with a law suit. Scott and Steve Schiavo made similar intimations when they were on WPHT 1210 AM Philadelphia (they were both banned from the station after their appearances for their threats) regarding anyone who would say Michael hurt Terri.
It has been said Michael admitted in court (though I did NOT see the documentation) that he was proceeding with his legal action for spite against the Schindlers. Michael and his brothers have proven themselves to be VERY vindictive. I wouldn't be surprised if they frighten the Schindlers. And for good reason, particularly with the power of the courts behind them.
I can't imagine a mother and father being so frightened as to be so quiet; that is why I wonder what else there may be that we don't know. I would end up in jail after I took some real severe action. I just can't believe all these judges are in this for MS. It appears to me that Shindlers' lawyers could be better. What about a civil action? Wrongful death suit brought by DFC?
Is it possible that DFC could confiscate the body for evidence? There must be a way to at least make MS accountable. No autopsy will ever be exposed. Her parents have no right to it unless there is some type of suit against MS and it is discovery. I believe their expert can be present during autopsy. I really question that it will even happen and that it is just talk. And Schindlers' (strangly) don't seem interested in that anyway.
There is just too much that is unknown about both parties. And what is known of Schaivo is suspicious on its face. Why has everyone with authority turned their backs and why is no one with the right contacts advocating on their behalf? Too strange and so sad and terribly scary!
One last thought I had, why hasn't someone offered to buy her life? Pay off MS. These right-to-life organizations must have large doners. Seems one of them would and I bet he would take it. On the other hand, he will make millions on movie and book deals. I won't be watching any of them.
