I have a question that I certainly don't mean any disrespect to the Schindlers but I find it strange that in all that I have read I have never seen that they charge MS with abuse. I have never even heard them make the acquisition. It almost appears as if MS has something on them.

They were friendly through the malpractice suit. I gleaned from Sean Hannity tonight that the Schindlers were unaware of the broken bones etc until years later. What about the questions at the time with the emergency people? Could Schindlers have taken part in some questionable testimony during the malpractice trial in an effort to see to it that the money was there to care for their daughter and could MS be holding that testimony or something similar over them? Also, I have yet to hear The Schindlers comment on the desire for autopsy. They want her to have a Catholic burial and be buried in Florida.

For the record. I think this is legalized murder. Accidents happen and we don't get to choose, this woman was not terminal, there was nothing in writing and whether Michael likes it or not I believe his choice is divorce or stick by her--PERIOD. I am just astounded this is really happening. Never dreamed a spouse had the authority to take the life of a spouse and non-terminal at that. This has been an eye-opener!

I have some of the same questions. I am not as familiar with the beginning of the case. When one of Terri's friends was interviewed on FOX, who also testifed in the malpractice trial, she said the attorney told her if they mentioned marital problems, it would hurt the size of and chance for, an award. Whether MS has been able to hold the testimony of the Schindlers over there heads, I don't know.

Bobby Schindler did say on FOX that just before Terri collapsed, she told him that she wanted a divorce from Michael and the marriage was not going well.

Also the word HOMICIDE was written on the police report the night Terri collapsed. I suppose the Schindlers didn't want to believe it and thus didn't pursue the possibility at the time.

Brian Schiavo on Florida radio threatened Bobby Schindler with a law suit. Scott and Steve Schiavo made similar intimations when they were on WPHT 1210 AM Philadelphia (they were both banned from the station after their appearances for their threats) regarding anyone who would say Michael hurt Terri.

It has been said Michael admitted in court (though I did NOT see the documentation) that he was proceeding with his legal action for spite against the Schindlers. Michael and his brothers have proven themselves to be VERY vindictive. I wouldn't be surprised if they frighten the Schindlers. And for good reason, particularly with the power of the courts behind them.
