New York RINO Mayor Bloomberg is financing Rudy---that should tell you something. Bloomberg's an individual who switched to the Republican party as a convenience to run for Mayor.

Bloomberg advocated stricter gun control, personally supported gay marriage, and raised property taxes; he is in lockstep with Guiliani who has bucked the party by supporting abortion on demand, gay rights and gun control.

Although the party has embraced Rudy due to his 9/11 connection, Bloomberg was considered persona non grata at NYC's Republican 2004 convention.

In this Age of the Value Voter, among Rudy's huge liabilities is his personal life. Rudy's love life reads like a sordid tale from an X-rated paperback romance novel. Rudy was first married to his cousin for 14 years, dumping her when he met Donna Hanover, then had the 14-year marriage annulled telling the Church he didn't "realize" his first wife was his second cousin.

Yeah, sure Rudy.

Mayor Rudy, while a married man and father of two, got involved with his third and present wife, escorting her publicly, and insisted his lover move into Gracie Mansion while he was still married to Donna.

Did we mention Rudy once endorsed a Democrat--Cuomo--over Pataki? And that Rudy looked the other way when his patronage appointee Russell Harding --Liberal Party's Ray Harding's son---was stealing $400,000 from the Housing Development Corp. and enjoying kiddie porn and gay vacations on the taxpayers dime.

In the Understatement of the Year, Sen Trent Lott recently warned that Guiliani's liberal views on abortion, civil unions and gay rights could make it "difficult" for him to win. Trent forgot to add the Rudy would hunt down every gun, of every type, in every household in the USA and melt them down into scrap metal. Rudy doesn't need a gun. Like all rich liberals, he's got armed guards to protect him.

Perhaps Rudy ought to tell voters how he plans to use failed HomeLandSec appointee Bernie Kerik's personal, business and political expertise to help him win public office (laughs uproariously).

Good post Liz.

I agree that Bloomberg changed party affiliation (like RINO-Rudy, in name only) for political expediency, and he's YET another worthless RINO I would NEVER vote for if given an opportunity.

As far as your statement, "Mayor Rudy, while a married man and father of two"...

Do you think that one, or both, of his children are lurking here often, praising him at every turn?

And do you think one of there screennames might be "areafiftyone"?

Good question...

Unabashed RINO-Rudy-lover, or gushing blood-relative?

No, I agree with you - it's a JOKE. And a microscopically small irrelevancy. But it's a hiccup that will be there sooner or later.

Again, not a desire of mine, just a prediction.

Agreed. I would like to see him as NY senator or governor.

Noticed you didn't reply to post #2, Emmett McCarthy. I'd like to hear your response.

Let me see? Guiliani is pro-abortion, anti-2nd Amendment and pro-homosexual. Am I leaving anything out?

While he was in a bitter divorce fight with Donna Hanover he lived with a gay male couple instead of in Gracie Mansion. He even referred to one of the men as "mother".

Glad you liked the post, Doc.

As for Rudy-rooters, he does have a noisy claque in his corner---probably they get paid for their trouble. Who would root for the guy if there wasn't somehing in it for them (snicker)?

Are you serious? YEAAA RIIIIGHT! Oh sure I'm his daughter - didn't know he had a 44 year old daughter did you? (/sarcasm) GIVE ME A FREAKIN BREAK!!! And if my praising Rudy bothers you don't read my posts! And if you really did read my post - I did not praise Rudy at all on this post. I said he wasn't running and the NY Conservative Party sucks and of course every Freeper knows that the NY Conservative Party is a Joke.

Giuliani was a great mayor, and if I lived in NY, I would be happy to vote for him, accepting the reality of NY politics. However, I would never vote for him for national office.

Rudy, see this? Live with it, sucker.

Conservative pro-life Christian voters made monumental contributions to GWB's 2004 vote totals. Pres Bush won with 63 Million Votes (13 million more than 2000).

The map, though impressive, conveys the misleading impression that blue state Catholics voted for Kerry (a CINO).

According to EWTN "The World Over Live" analysts, with the exception of VA, where Catholics spit 70/30 in favor of Bush, the majority of Catholic voters split 55/45 for Bush.....a whopping number of votes since Catholics number about 52 million Americans.

According to CNN exit polls, Bush voters included 38% of union members, 40% of those with union members in their households, 42% of those earning $15,000-$30,000, 44% of those who earn under $50,000 and 44% of Latinos, 45% of youth (aged 18-29), 13% of liberals—even 11% of Democrats voted for Bush.

2004 Election polls indicated 34% called themselves conservative, 21% liberal.

If you look closely, the map appears to place the insignificant "Other Voters" in the ocean.....that's accurate, because "Other Voters--RINO Republicans" were on cruise ships.

(MAP UPDATE Bush won Ohio, Iowa and New Mexico later.)

That's my feelings too.

He's about as conservative as any politician could possibly be and win election in liberal NY.

I have much higher standards for the rest of the country.

There are four main parties in New York. Republican and Democrat. Liberal, which is to the left of the Democrats and usually backs the Democrat candidate. Conservative, which is to the right of the Republicans and usually backs the Republican candidate.

In the 2000 election, the head of the Conservative Party really, really wanted to beat Hillary, so he offered a remarkable deal to Rudy. He said that he would put him on the Conservative Party line IF he pledged merely to refrain from talking about his support for Partial Birth Abortion. He didn't ask him to become pro-life. He didn't even ask him to pledge not to support partial birth abortion, which many Democrats have voted against. He just asked him not to TALK about his support for partial birth abortion.

Giuliani refused.

Sorry, but I would never, never vote for him for President or VP. He's not just pro-choice, he's a pro-choice, pro-homosexual extremist. Too bad, because he's excellent in many other ways.

Sounds like Rudy lived in a "Bird Cage" (like the movie with Robin Williams) with some fellow "Sweetpeas".

Think maybe marrying women is a front for Rudy to better his political career, much like FAUX-man, and disgraced former governor of the Peoples Republic of New Jersey, McGreevey?

I plan to vote for whoever the Republican nominee is. I just can't believe the hatred for Rudy on these posts. Last time I was called a Facist because I liked Rudy and another Freeper was told that she/he must have been his parent posting on the Free Republic. And that same Freeper said that Hitler was better than Rudy. I almost puked when I read that.

Well, "Rudweena", after seeing the picture of Rudy in drag, I'm SURE you are better looking than you'd be if you were his twin.

"Let me see? Guiliani is pro-abortion, anti-2nd Amendment and pro-homosexual. Am I leaving anything out?"

And divorced, and a Catholic - which is no crime - just that what with the divorce, abortion and gay issues I doubt he'll be getting much communion should he step onto the national stage.

But he would appeal to Democrats.
