I don't think so. It's a simple majority of the quorum. Otherwise, why would they be requesting that some just walk off the floor?

Not sure what to think but it looks like the Terri issue might be a big tipping point for the Republican party.

Evangelicals may not like healthy people feeding off the country but they sure get peeved when someone tries to kill an innocent woman.
