The video simply shows Hutchison and Hildebeast greeting and introducing each other at some non-political dedication ceremony. Given that Perry wrote Hillary to praise her and was a former democrat himself who co-chaired Al Gore's 1988 presidential campaign in Texas, he has precious little room to cast stones like he did.
