"...The point being, that perhaps Islam can evolve in a way similar to that of Christianity."...

Do you actually know anything about Christianity?? In an earlier reply, you stated:

.."Historically Christians have tried, tortured, hung and burned alive vast numbers of people because they were suspected of heresy, Judaism, Witchcraft…; slashed off people’s heads on public streets for not confessing that Jesus Christ was God; and condemned the works of some of histories greatest scientists, theologians, philosophers and artists..."
Historically, there have been those who were CINO's(Christians in name only)who have done all the above. But if you study the record, you might discover it was the Christians who were being beheaded and burned alive.

If you are interested in the truth, you might read "FOX'S BOOK OF MARTYRS", which is a history of the lives and deaths of early Christian and protestant martyrs.

I study the history of christianity so I do contend to know something about it. Some of the points you make are not incorrect. If you think that reading an account of the lives of a few Christians can change my realistic view of the history of christianity you are wrong. The point I was making was that Islam too can evolve and it is doing so as we speak.
