That is the law, and that is his job. What else would it be?
I posted it. I see no reason to consider that part of it untrue. I have no fear of the truth.
The law gives him discretion in ordering one. Now, again, you have not shown that the M.E. initially ordered the autopsy and that Michael is just going along with it. You HAVE shown, however, that Michael has requested -- as it is within his purview -- that the results be made public. Have a nice night.
Thank you and the same to you. If I get it, you'll have it.
God bless us all, we need it.
Read this tomorrow.
But not until she is dead. Since it won't be official until he does, it is a moot point. Neither of us wins.
Of course, there is the fact that the Schindler's and the Schiavo's have been in meetings discussing this very thing.
This is from my local newspaper call-in opinion page;
"After a blatantly unfair election, Bush was allowed to begin his destruction of our country with his presidency. Now it's payback time for the Christian right. I am fearful, very fearful for our country."

Well, the point has come up again. Apparently the ME has made a public announcement to this effect, but I know you won't believe it until you hear it from his own mouth. I don't blame you.
I will find it.
You don't need to find it; I've heard it as well. Yeah, he made the statement after his office said they were going to do one anyway, but they just forgot to tell anyone. LOL! Sounds like CYA to me, but I'll let him slide on it. More importantly, I see the excuses have already started for dismissing the autopsy results as being biased in Michael's favor. And the autopsy has yet to take place!
