11th circuit again. I really didn't get the whole issue, but Randall said that something was written up wrong. They are rewriting it and sending it back?? anyone else hear it?
Where ever they send it, let's remember that the courts have always let us down and that our eyes need to be on the Judge over All right now!
What I don't get is how they could ignore a FEDERAL supeonea and not "hook" her up again if only because she's a witness.
