It has to be a mistake. Every network would be in breaking news if that were the case, don't you think?
Judge Greer has said he will issue his decision on the Schindler's final pending appeal at 12:00 EST. Could that be what you heard? I don't think anyone expects Greer to do anything other than deny the appeal.
That's not what's being reported now. The reporter is saying that they're still awaiting word from the judge.
