Judge George Greer ruled that the State of Florida has no right to take custody of Terri Schiavo, which ruling came hours after an appeal by Terri's parents to re-insert the feeding tube was refused by the U.S. Supreme Court.
Meanwhile, another hearing was scheduled tonight before US District Judge James D. Whittemore .. the same judge who previously heard and denied the request subsequent to the 'de novo' intention of the law past last weekend by the Congress and signed by President Bush, in an effort to confirm that no stone was left unturned before Terri would endure legally sanctioned dehydration until death.
Ever hear of protecting children and not using them as pawns?
It's a tactic used by the left and I've never seen it used by the right.
But hey, if you're comfortable sending your kid in there, where there are police trying to quiet a yelling crowd, go for it.
In the future, Jeb will write an autobiography or memoirs and talk about how he "tried" to save Terri but that "nothing" could be done under the "circumstances." He will say that he went without sleep for nearly a week, but there was no solution. How many will buy that?
Freedom of speech doesn't extend to advocating murder.
With freedom of expression comes responsibility. It is completely irresponsible to advocate murder.
2 young women just on, one of them named Brandi has been fasting for 9 days now. The other one was in tears, cannot believe that there is silence from the government at this point.

I saw, I would have stressed the fact that an abused puppy only have to wagged their tales to get food in recognition of the will to live. I would have stressed that Iraqi' women live abused and beheaded under a rubber stamp judiciary rates her under camels (an animal). Our American Democracy is not offering this abused women (Terri) much more.
"Said almost all of the PD support Terri."
What? I don't believe that for one second.. then why did they hustle attorney Barbara Weller out of there when Terri cried out? Why have they been treating the pro-Terri people onsite like criminals? Why did they arrest the children???
It's bad enough that it's in NC.
I've never seen conservatives endorse violence like this. And call the police Nazi thugs. It's like an alternate universe.
"I didn't hear anything out of Greer about that either! He said he would reconsider it. However we know what Greer does everytime! I think this is a shot in the dark! it is time for JEB to get his act together once and for all!"
I just don't know what the truth is! Keep hearing that Jeb said he has done all he can do, and he won't break the law! Then I hear he really does have the authority to go in and take Terri into custody because of new evidence that there is a question about Terri's condition and Michael's intentions. I keep praying Jeb will do more, but don't think he will. This is just unreal!
I agree. It reflects poorly on the supporters of Terri and this state.
Buy the book or his story? I wouldnt' buy either one at this point..
No more RINO's
Don't know, that's what he said though.
I was surprised too, after having read floriduh voter's posts earlier.
I can't find mention of it in any articles. If you happen across it again, would you ping me to it, please?
Before it's over, and afterwards even, you may see more things you never thought you would see.
see 2153
Scary is what it is.
Take my word for it, JEB has let the Schindlers down and if he doesn't act now Terri will die and Jeb will go down in history as being a coward.
