You sound elated.
This may sound grim, but I hope they do an autopsy of Terri to document the extent of her brain injury. This would help put to rest most of the disinformation about this case and shed light on who was telling the truth.
"You sound elated."
I do? I'm not. This is a very sad case. I'm just stating what the situation is. You'll find no elation, hyperbole, or anything else in my posts.
Under our current system of government, this is how such cases are handled. Due process of law means that the courts rule in such disputes. That is how we do things.
Poor Terri! She has nothing to do with any of this. She cannot speak for herself, or she would have testified in court. She is a pawn in a horrible battle. That battle will continue after her death, I'm sure.
No, I'm hardly elated.
Will no one on here focus on how bad her legal team has become? The Federal Judges can only rule on what is before them. Her parents legal team started off with a bad pleading and never seemed to get it right.
Judge Greer is the out of control judge. The Federal Judges ruled on what they were given.
I saw no such elation in his post. Emotions are at an all time high and we see things that arent really there.
God bless Terri and may her suffering be minimal in such a horrible, inhumane way to die.
It didn't come across as elated to me. Rather, just matter of fact.
I continue to hold out hope that there will be some intervention-- to err on the side of life if you will-- because I have serious reservations about the handling of this case. Sadly, time is running out.
Some in this world we live in are, no doubt, elated about this. But I have never gottne that impression form MineralMan.
Take care,
