Exactly, Judge Greer does not have the legal power to prevent the executive branch from enforcing a valid law.

That is United States Supreme Court precedent and the Law of the Land.

I don't think he has the authority to prevent illegal actions by anyone, government or not. If the Executive acts illegally then summonses are issued. And not necessarily by him regardless of the connection here. He would have to file with the Attorney Gen. of FL I would think.
