Deejay, I am not sure about when the other 2 nurses came forward, but the first nurse reported her suspicions to her supervisors when it was happening back in 1995 - 1996. They terminated her employment. She said she also went to the police and they just basically asked her if she actually saw Michael inject Terri with insulin? She had not because it was Michaels habit of closing the door and locking it when he visited Terri.
This nurse has said she took a lie detector test but Michael has not.

This man is 6'6" tall and very intimidating. I suppose after the police wouldn't do anything she went about her life until she finally heard what was happening in this case she then did an affidavit. Judge Greer received it, threw it aside and made a decision the very next day.
I have listened to her on many different programs and she has never varied in her facts at all.
