Er, no. If that were so, he would have been removed from office by a vote of 100 to 0.Now you're being stupid. The Senate's vote had nothing to do with guilt or innocence. It had to do with politics. CLinton was disbarred for his malfesance and unable to practice law, which was about as close as we got - the facts, however, were not in dispute.
