It's over in the state legislature. The US supremes will probably turn down the case. DCF's petition before Judge Greer will probably be denied. I expect that DCF will take Terri into protective custody at that point.

why all the dallying? WHy can't DCF just take her into custody? Wht does she have to wait for Greer to deny the petition or for SCOTUS to turn down?
