This case has already produced a Constitutional crisis... the entire judiciary is hell-bent on putting a woman to death based on the rulings of a corrupt state court, despite the explicit wish of Congress and the executive of a de novo review of the facts of the case.

The question has been asked - is the judiciary more powerful than both other branches of government combined? So far the answer has been "yes". To one who understands our system of government as outlined in the Constitution this is frightening stuff.

Well said. The Judicial branch is once again out-of--control and thumbing its nose at explicit text of laws and constitution.

It's shocking and amazing how blithe the judges are in ignoring a law passed just for this situation.
