Calm down. The term "victory" in the FNC report indicates that Schiavo and his lawyers won, while the Schindlers lost.
Try some decaf.

Most likely dying due to words and assumptions during Holy Week of a devout Catholic with no living will sure says a lot about our society. I am more convinced everyday some one up there is an ultimate Judge who looks down and ponders what His creation has done to itself.
By the way, God was with Terri at her creation, during her life, and at her death into new life. Same with Terri, only God will seek justice on how society treated her during her time of need. Mercy killing of a woman just needs nourishment (Not machines to keep her organs going nonstop) is not what God wants.
Why did God not allow Jesus to take the poison offered to Him during his Crucifixion? Tell me O' killers of weak humans who serve no purpose. Maybe God had intentions of Terri living longer. Too bad society thinks it's smarter then God. Would not want to be in those people shoes.

Despite your frail attempts at revisionist history, Reno did the correct thing in the Elian Gonzalez affair. I'm not surprised.

I am just stating what her best friend said - whether it was at the time the support was removed or later she commented on it is irrelevant, as her friend said those were Terri's feelings on the incident. The Karen Ann Quinlan story is a very popular story, still being talked about today - even this morning on Fox.

in certain circumstances if you get insurance money to do "X" but you don't do "X" it is called insurance fraud.

I don't think the money people in Florida have thought this through - other than the long-term care insurance companies who stand to make a lot of money.I'm thinking maybe all of those retired folk in Florida might be thinking it isn't a real good place to get ill. I mean, how many of them need help eating?

The Rule of Law they cried
while Terri Died

For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work
St Pauls second letter to the Thessalonians ___________________________________________________________
The eyes of the world watched,
As one more judge ruled for death over life
The Rule of Law they cried
while Terri Died
Who is this one who cannot speak?
She is a vegetable, of no use in this world of power and utility
The Rule of Law they cried
while Terri Died
Forget the smile; it has no productive value, disregard the mothers plea, misguided sentiment
The Rule of Law they cried
while Terri Died
The one on the bench, the blind guide leading the blind, has the power now in this brave new world unanchored from truth; his word is the sword
The Rule of Law they cried
while Terri Died
All this talk of religion and solidarity be damned, let the one who cast the bride aside decide
The Rule of Law they cried
while Terri Died
The triumph of the Will ascends, the meek and the weak shudder, the reign of lawlessness begins
The Rule of Law they cried
while Terri Died

Are you watching this nurse on FNC??? This is the first time I have seen her come forward publicly. She is relating criminal activity by Michael Schiavo--the same activities that she submitted in a sworn affidavit to the court that ignored it.

sn't it interesting the Democrat Party's allegiance to Islam? I can no long distinguish the difference anymore....Islam is kinder. Stoning or beheading is quicker.

Two questions:
could the President sign an Executive Order on this matter?
Did I hear correctly on FNC that family has not been allowed to visit since Sunday; and that last rites have been refused by husband/court?

"So why do so many Democratic lawmakers say the fate of Terri Schiavo's life is none of government's business? If government is not responsible for protecting the life of someone who is unable to speak for themselves, then who is?"
Fantastic letter.
What a sad day.

Wonder if MS will sue her .. I highly doubt it
That nasty little thing called discovery would be messy for him

She says she went to the police. I hope they have a police report on Michael trying to kill Terri through insulin injection. First I heard of this. Those files probably have conveniently disappeared.
